There's the problem Fudgy. 7 seconds in? Gotta make it 15 Minutes and that'll do the trick.

3200 foot climb today with a peak output just over 900W. It says 97% intensity so I guess I could have gone 3% harder.
Also did an FTP test a couple days ago which put me at 328W for a 20 min test.

I have no idea how Strava calculates your ftp, whether it's a rolling 6wk estimate or something you enter in manually based on your 20min max, but the weighted avg pwr is essentially NP and the intensity is your NP relative to whatever your FTP is set to.

a bunch of power intervals, an hour of tempo, then a race winning interval on a junior gear (I won!).

Strava doesn't calculate FTP. There is some default setting (250w maybe?) or you can enter a number. Strava can estimate FTP off your power curve but it doesn't use that estimate for anything. I think most of the power features, such as they are, are for premium users only.

Jump day.
Since starting this box jump regimen I have experienced occasional very bad quad cramps. They almost clear up with a little motion (like riding the bike, or stretching a bit). I assume the cramps are simply due to the new regimen, in other words, the rapid increase in stress on whatever muscles the jump engages. They are just cramps, meaning when they clear up they are gone, I don't think there is any chance they are symptoms of actual muscle damage. But I do wonder if I'm overdoing it.
I don't jump off the box and my achilles feel fine, which seems to be the major injury risk from box jumps.
.... ehh, reading up on box jump injuries is making me squeamish. I wonder if I'm doing too many of them.

3 hours, 48 miles, 4600ft climbing on no breakfast and one tube of shot bloks. Skinny - here I come. Sleeping pills and repeat until 135lbs.
