I moved and just was never able to get back into it at the new location. I can't just ride for a couple minutes and then be on a near zero traffic country road here. It's all busy suburbs and poorly laid out trail systems. I don't really enjoy the urban cycling experience. I just kind of ended up running more and more.

Must just be my crappy luck whenever I fly out of here instead of Logan. I swear every flight I’ve ever been on landing here is always super bumpy compared to other places.

I have no idea how y'all keep it so low - I'm happy when Garmin reports an overnight RHR of ~55. During the day it hardly dips under 60.

That said, if you notice YOUR usual RHR is increased, that's a sign of overtraining or other issues. So compare to yourself, not others.

Couldn't find any obstructions in there. I did another run with the upper assembly removed entirely, just to see the volume coming out at the junction - I'm not sure that there's enough volume/pressure there, so I'll look for blockages in that area. Also not sure of the pump arrangement - I would assume one pump running both upper and lower jets, but the pressure on the lower seems fine and steady, whereas the pressure on the upper isn't as high and it's pulsing rather than steady.

Audi is blowing out eTrons right now depending on where you look. Buddy of mine just bought one for his wife for their 15th anniversary. MSRP was 85, he got it for 62 before tax credit (another 10k) delivered to his house on a flat bed from Cape Cod. Ultimatey that car will cost him less than a top level Honda Pilot when you factor in gas savings.

Interesting, thanks. I did check the screen and filter and I was surprised by how clean they were. I also pulled out the flat tube that feeds the upper assembly, as well. No discernible blockage, but when I put it all back together, it wasn't surging any more and the pressure was better. I don't know if it's where it's supposed to be or not, but it is better. The upper still isn't spinning worth a damn, though. The blades don't seem to be well balanced, either - it definitely cants towards one side and I'm wondering if this is enough to make it bind and not spin; there's obviously no bearing of any kind, it's just plastic on plastic and there is some visible wear. If I can't think of anything better to do, I might just order a new upper assembly and see how it goes.
