What does $150 buy you in Lancaster Pa on a Saturday night??
A barely ridden, 1989 Cannondale SR700!
This is pretty much as found. I added a set of brake hoods from Amazon ($16).
I got this a bike to use on my indoor trainer but now am having thoughts of using the 10 speed, Shimano 105 stuff I have on hand and giving it a go on the open road.

That bike sure has a lot of privilege; I haven't seen anything that white since Collin Quinn last had a comedy special. If hockey were a bike - that would be the bike. Needs Sante.

That looks like a time capsule! Buddy of mine had a Cannondale like that around 89-90. Looked like that except it was black. Didn’t know enough at the time to know if it was a black lightning or not. I remember “look at those gigantic tubes!” and “wow a bike made from aluminum!”.

BTW, I had no trouble fitting 130mm hub in my '92 R600 2.8 Cannondale. They are great riding bikes.

I had a '91 R800 (same frame?). It was the fastest, quickest bike I've ever owned. BUT, back in the day we were using 21-23mm tires pumped to 125 PSI, and that made the AL fork beat me mercilessly. As much as I liked that bike, those cantilevered dropouts always made me avert my eyes. But you did GOOD

Ok to confirm this fits 130 rear spacing with no problem.
That is a 10 speed, 12-30 Shimano Ultegra cassette and Blaze derailleurs and levers shift fine across all gears in friction mode.
This one is for Robvolz:
It will live on this trainer until spring, I have sweat protection stuff, and then I will see about a build.
52/52, 13-21 is not really gearing that would work for me. I do have a set of 28 hole Pacenti Brevet/ White Industries t11 hub wheels in silver and either 10 speed Dura Ace dot shifters or 105 brifters.
Looks like it would take 25mm tire max. Anyone ever gotten a 28 on this era?
