Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I have seen no evidence that Velo Vol has ever completed that task.

Your account will be more accurate if you make it immediately after riding. See sub-rule 1 above.

So, I made a joke earlier this week about my pedals from PBK being 'stuck in Lodi again', but now it's been 4 days, and they're STILL in friggin' Lodi! Can't say I'm impressed with the private sector alternatives to the USPS.

Pssshaw - that looks nothing like my riding. First, those look to be London Plane trees - if there are any in MN, they're exceptionally uncommon. Second, that street is way too narrow to accommodate the winter snow.

None of those help you. You need to attend some CLE.

Rule 403 is the most applicable rule:

The court may exclude relevant evidence if its probative value is substantially outweighed by a danger of one or more of the following: unfair prejudice, confusing the issues, misleading the jury, undue delay, wasting time, or needlessly presenting cumulative evidence.

If I stayed up all night wrapping the bars and then shouted out, "Finally, I'm done!" I think that would be a pretty excited utterance.
