Yes, those will do fine. There is nothing exotic or proprietary about Surly frames and those guides will fit.

At the low cost of a BB guide it's "cheaper" to get two or three from the same source and not go through returns or reorders. BTW these are frequently found in the spare parts boxes at a LBS. We have a few types on our shelves and will compare to what's needed if we have the old or the frame in hand before we "sell" one. Andy
