Yep, i will take 2 to have spares!
The one i have shown you is 50€ , postage included , but can't fit to my frame . I am so dissapointed cause i am looking for about 3 weeks for something and can't find the right one at a price that is right , not the value in gold of that freewheel.

Keep looking. They turn up for non-unobtainium prices from time-to-time. After awhile, you can even judge from pictures of a freewheel has narrow spacing or not. Fairly frequently, sellers don't realize what they have and don't list it as an Ultra-6.

Converting a Winner/New Winner/Winner Pro/Winner (yes there are four versions in the Winner family with the first and last sharing the same name) from standard to Ultra spacing can be challenging due to the different sprockets with built in spacers.
I personally prefer the method Suntour used on their Perfect and ProCompe models. Three different bodies for different spacings.
L-R: 6-Speed Standard, 6-Speed Ultra, 5-Speed Standard
While this did not make bodies universal as do the Winner models, almost all of the sprockets are interchangeable. Just the smallest sprocket has a different spacer between ultra and standard. Only spacers and shims are needed, either Ultra or standard.
Last month I serviced a Winner Pro, spaced 6-speed standard, for a client. When I reassembled the sprockets, I was flummoxed to make the sprockets fit tight on the body. They were loose with the original spacers. I spent way too long fitting shims to finally mount the sprockets correctly.

I have order it as it is , be it. Now i have to deal with it - respace, remove sprocket or cold set my frame.
I have watch many videos of cold set the frame, align dropouts and is not that scarry . But, always a but , hub axle have 132mm and Simplex quick release have 155mm from this position :
So my guess is that i need new axle , but can i use Simplex quick release? I think i will not find any 126mm compatible axle and maybe i will need to cut a little from it but don't see any problem .
What do you think? Any imput will be greatly appreciated!
Sorin.
