ooga-booga 2022 will be your year and you"ll be begging for MegaClasico in 2023.

At the moment, I, too, pretend I only have the tolerance for NanoClasico but i"ll probably zombie walk back like a cycling crack head to whatever is on the menu next year.

And so the Clasicothon ends in a whimper. ooga-booga with the final stage win, and canam73 with the top step in the last monument. GrainBrain on both podiums. A sprinkle of other folks who are either scoring on autopilot or picking without much luck. 90% of success is just showing up, which I managed to do in an obsessive-compulsive way throughout the season to fall across the line in front. Cream of the crap? Still outside the top 10% overall, which is probably outside the top half those who didn't succumb to attrition. There are some gifted, diligent, and disturbed players out there. Nevertheless, much better than my performance in a century ride yesterday after too long off the bike and at the refrigerator.

May the winter treat you all well. Hasta la Primavera. Spanish and Italian go well together, right?

I don't think I'll be doing this next season. Just too hard to keep track of races!
