Eating status

How come everyone posts about eating oreos and I post once about eating crappy at a party and everyone jumps on me? I probably eat healthier than most kids my age, and if I eat like an actual teenager every once in a while, I can't imagine it's a huge problem.

And plus, by "diet" I meant I ate well all week and kept portions under control while still eating enough to not be hungry. I don't see anything wrong with that.

^^^^ speaking in general terms about the general population i dont like the use of the word "diet". you and i are interupting the word differently, that is all.
feeling guilty about crappy eating is good for us cyclist. i mean, we are all too fat for this sport anyway. later.

Today I made the mistake of mentioning off-hand that I'm planning to lose five more pounds. She said "That's insane!" (I have a feeling she's going to start baking cookies this week.)

Back to the topic:
For tonight's dinner I made rappini boiled for 5 minutes and then sauteed in olive oil and garlic. Served with Italian sausage over penne. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for topping.
Salad course was beefsteak tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil leaves picked from the garden moments before dinner dressed with olive oil and freshly ground black pepper.
