Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

That Hit n Run GoPro thread goes to prove one thing, there's a little bit of A&S in all of us.

I would love to do it too. But not on a bike. I'm too old for that already.

I, for one, found the actual video quite disturbing.

I successfully drove across the city, and home from the city. I waited 3 1/2 hours in line, for a 10 minute drivers license renewal. I watched people pick up their number and know they'd be there for that long. Nothing. That's what we do here; we wait. And we're not burdened with the hurry up part.
Arriving home, I'm feeling pretty normal.
But I won.t ride til next week.

Formclinchers I ride only GP4KIIs. More resistant to cuts than other tires in their class.

It probably worked when it first came out, now that it's common no one's surprised.

Commuted on the steel bike today to check that the new stuff was working ok. Dropped the chain once. Adjusted fd lower limit. Then on the way to lunch my rd cable came undone. Had to Uran my way back home. Guess I didn't tighten it enough. Now it seems to be shifting fine though. Hope that doesn't happen again during my group ride tomorrow.

Cool - no response yet, but I'll let him know about the code if there's any interest or if price is an objection.

I just read that an August mountain century ride that I was thinking about doing is cancelled.

Why even bother anymore?

I could use that to shoot baseball.

Have been using EF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM on Canon 7D for years but have to stop when it gets dark.

For the PA guys, we rode from the Spooky Nook rec center near Manheim and wound around to some town like Lititz where there was a chocolate factory. Other than that, you'd have to look at my Strava map to see where we went.

No idea where we're going to tomorrow. Wherever they send us.

Kudos! Did you miss the rain?

Tomorrow and Sunday's forecast look good.
