...And here we go. Complete with piano-rest for laptop, box fan on the floor(immigrates my 50 mph winds), ceiling fan, ball for core workouts, motivational posters from magazines(eye-level, of course) and boxing gloves to be anti-skinny arms Obviously Cannondale caad8 and Cycle-Ops Mag.

This is worth a search. There was a long thread on this last year. Many of the rooms could hardly be refered to as dungeons, 50" HD TVs etc...
As for me:

Most people, as far as I'm aware, don't have indoor trainers here.

Indoor training is so painful it should be banned by the geneva convention. I would rather break out the layers and, if needed, the lights.

I ride indoors all the time, even in the summer. The last bunch of rides I did 1.5-2 hours per ride. Last night I was at 2:02 (budgeting 2 hours for my ride) and realized I'd gone over. So I got off the bike. Music that I like and visuals (video) of bike racing usually works for 2 hours. For 3-5+ hours, I watch movies (action etc).
I have a theory on action movies - the good ones reach a little crescendo every 8-12 minutes. When I watch one I think, "Wow, that was good". The poor ones have less consistently spaced mini-peaks and I'm disappointed when it's done. I've started to accumulate power charts of me riding while watching a movie (and not paying attention to what I'm doing bike wise). I'm going to start posting them on the blog so people can watch good training movies. The Bourne series are excellent. I'll re-watch my cult favorite Boondock Saints (seems like it might be well spaced).
Poor ones include Body of Lies (Clive Owens), Kingdom (the Titanic guy), some others that escape my mind.
My dungeon:

It's a bit different now - much more messy, another trainer, DVD/VCR unit, Schwinn DX900 spin bike, and my 2009 team gear bin, some wheels strewn around.

Wooohooo....in December I'm moving from NYS to North Carolina. My goal is to avoid riding my rollers this year!
I guess I think it takes a few rides inside to get used to it again, huh? I would ride 1-2 hours last year all the time but now I'm on there for 5 minutes and I want to cry.
Mid-November and mid 50s out today...going for a nice long ride!
