Primo?

i think i'm in the right section. grabbed a Primo branded bike at my town's metal pile. looks like someone had done some "custom" painting, who knows what else. what caught my attention was how light it is. so, took it home! hopefully i can find out about it here.

I keep seeing a California Bike Products Maker since 1986. They may have made the frame, or someone applied the decals.

It doesn't look like a BMX Bike to me.

Just found this, it was this company https://www.primobmx.com/ they did make bikes for a short period, and you screwed up.
That was a rare one.

I'm still finding small children's bikes.
