Yep... no surprise.
I hope NBC gold puts up some older races for it's customers to watch. Not interested in last years, But some of the Older AmGens, ParisRoubaix and other tours and one day classics from 5 to 10 years back would be interesting for me.
I know there are better sources than NBC Gold, but they had the races I'm typically interested in for the price I was willing to pay.
Was that you that posted that Netflix had the Movistar documentary series? If so, thanks for that. It's added some interesting short content for watching between other shows and movies.

So I guess the Vuelta a Espana is just chopped liver this year.

On Wednesday (April 15), ASO confirmed that the Tour will start in Nice on August 29 and will finish in Paris on September 20, following the originally scheduled 21-stage route.
According to the new calendar, the World Championships will take place in Switzerland on their scheduled dates of September 20-27, which means the elite men’s time trial will clash with the final stage of the Tour de France. The Giro d’Italia will take place after the Worlds and will then be followed by the Vuelta a España.
The Monuments – Milan-San Remo, the Tour of Flanders, Paris-Roubaix, Liège-Bastogne-Liège and Il Lombardia – will all be run this season, with the dates yet to be confirmed, the UCI said.

I'm guessing that many of the larger mountain passes may have snow that time of year, or at least worse weather. Anyone know?

There are no passes above 2000m this year, should be fine. Moving forward would be problematic, April has more snow than October even, much less September.

Is that hydroxychloroquine drug banned? Is that the problem?

PARIS (AFP) — The Tour de France faces a potential new delay after French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe called an official delay to all large events until after September 1.
The decision also places the recently rescheduled Tour de France at odds with that plan. Recently it was announced that the Tour would run August 29 through September 20

I think by the time September rolls around, the Tour de France will have been reduced down to a one day indoor track event, involving a few dozen tattooed hipsters on fixes, wearing flu masks and observing distancing, doing a few laps and calling it good.

Well at least there will be a TdF this year but September just won't be the same...chilly rain (& more crashes) vs July sunshine, just a fraction of the spectators.
