I'd call Daylight and Standard major taking into account their strong race BMX standing, and a few more aluminum framed race bikes that have been made for US companies by Yess in Canada as opposed to overseas.
In any case, the BizBuySell listing is gone now. I'd guess that that got it's job done as far as publicity, and/or was way MORE publicity than they were looking for.
