Worst timing ever. My sister is celebrating her 40th birthday by having me join her for a multi-day hike in Glacier Nat'l Park the same weekend as Cino... Why couldn't she have been born just like, a week later?

My wife has a cousin getting married in Washington in September, so the first thing I did was to check the Cino website to see if I could work it into the trip. I was so disappointed that they changed from the traditional date.
I only have North Dakota and Oregon to complete my list of seeing all 50 states, so we are planning to drive out. We are going to bring the bikes to do some sightseeing along the way.

I would strongly encourage you to come down I84 from Idaho, The Columbia river gorge should not be missed, nor should a ride there, my favorite place in all aspects.
Plenty of car free riding and the trail is spectacular in many places.

If anyone wants to do the vintage mountain bike thing they are welcome to use my recently acquired Performance MTB. Steel frame, no suspension, 26” wheels, 20” frame. I’ve done a Tri-Flow refresh on it and it shifts reasonably well. (The FD only likes the largest and smallest rings. Still futzing with it.)
