Carbon drop bars + Track Grips - SEE PICS
Im going to finish all my carbon drop bars like this from now on, bc I LOVE it:
rubber track grips below the hoods, no handlebar tape

mmm - I think all interally routed flat-top carbon road bars are meant to have bare 'tops' - the potential loss of grip there is definitely a compromise , but that's been a trend for a while and isn't unique to my setup -
I don't ride on the 'ramps' on my own road bike, and on this particular super-short-reach bar, there is barely any ramp area to speak of anyway

cool - I almost went with colored grips instead of basic black - in my opinion, road bike manufacturers need to come up with something better than bar tape -
