anyone ever see a front rack fixture?
I dislike building front racks on the bike. I have a batch of forks I could sacrifice, or if I have the actual fork, use that. Thinking about what I could use to measure the distance from the top of the tire/fender, which is where I always have problems.

Alistair Spence made himself one, seen here making a porteur. (Click right for a couple more pics.) It still does require the fork. It just holds the platform at the right height & level, so you can make the struts.
