Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Quick question regarding dt post covers

Just converting an older Spesh Allez to FG and after removing the DT shifters I have the posts remaining. I know there are doodads type covers to make that look nicer but can't find them online or even know what to call the part? Is there a name for those or just DT post covers?

Thanks

I hates a bike thief!

I just took my Allez out for a ride last night and am liking it! I'll post pics soon.
In the mean time I also read about mounting a bell on one boss so I'm going to look into that as well as the PS covers.

What someone needs to make is something to screw into an empty rear derailleur hanger hole for looks. The one thing that bugs me about conversions is when that empty hanger is just hanging down.
