Wire Cutter
I just bought a pair of SKS P65 Chromoplastic Longboard Bicycle Fenders and am looking to cut the metal stays that connect to the fenders to make them fit.
What kind of wire cutter do I need? I would really appreciate an Amazon link to the one I need. They have many with a huge range of prices and I just want to get the cheapest one that will get the job done. Thanks.

I would advise the use of a Dremel®-type tool with an abrasive cutting wheel to make those cuts. If you use a diagonal cutter, bolt cutter or similar it will leave a peaked cut with sharp, pointy edges which can poke or cut someone. These should be rounded off with a file; you can do this with the Dremel as you make the cut.

I cut mine with a Dremel as well.

When I did my SKSs, I didn't have a Dremel, but the stays are super tough. I did not want to risk damaging any of my wire cutters, and put the stays in a vise and used a hacksaw, then filed down the edges.

Well, that's why SKS supplies those little vinyl caps to place over the ends of the struts. But if you have a Dremel, it's certainly a better option.

Another vote for a small cut off wheel be it a Dremel, die grinder or in my case a Roto Zip. I have the flex shaft extension for mine and that has proven to be worth way more than the initial purchase price which wasn't expensive at all, especially considering how useful it is..

Little bit overkill, but the Knipex mini bolt cutter is amazing for fender stays. I have an older version with slightly different jaws, but I'm sure it still works fine.
A junk pair of cable cutters you don't care about will work too, just takes more hand strength.
