Recently images hosted on my website are not being displayed.
I've had not problem for years, but noticed a month or so ago they are not. If I edit the post they show but when I save it they do not. If I copy the image to a commercial hosting site it works fine.
Any idea what's the cause?

When I go to "https://glenn-ring.com/emonda/brickwell2.jpg" I see the picture but when I go to "https://glenn-ring.com/emonda/brickwell2.jpg" (note "https://" instead of "https://") I get the error below. So maybe there's a problem with your site's SSL certificate and maybe bikeforums won't accept the nonsecure ("https://") protocol, which I would say is a bug in bikeforums.
edit: If things changed a month ago then maybe your SSL certificate expired or got broken a month ago.

Odd.. I removed the "S" and the forum puts it back and doesn't display.
Bit it does display in the "review" and "edit" pages.

I've confirmed this is the cause
Looks like when you post a link to an http URL, the forum software automagically morphs it to https. For sites that don't use https, that breaks the link.
Q&D workaround - use the [ url=https:..... ] ... [ /url ] tag format. But that's a PITA, and it's unlikely most members would think to try such a thing.

OK... i'll just assume I can't post pictures hosted on my site.
At least I understand the problem.

There may be two issues, one of which is due to the server, and one of which is due to our browsers:
My browser says it cannot establish a secure connection, which means typically it cannot find an authentic SSL certificate (or found an expired one).
So my guess is the forum is automagically converting the url from http to https (which it should), and Glenn's server either doesn't do https or doesn't have a current/valid SSL-certificate.
