Who made this cottered crank?

No markings except for the ND and NB 30. The rings have bosses that fit in counterbores on the spider, nice touch.

From juvela's link, in '62, the last C34's offered single or double flutes and sleeved chainring bolts, perhaps like OP's counter-bore. Same era?
