Login Form: Pressing Tab After Entering Username Goes to "Remember Me?"

Login Form: Pressing Tab After Entering Username Goes to "Remember Me?"
After going to https://www.bikeforums.net and entering my username, I pressed Tab to go to the password box. It was surprising to land on the "Remember Me?" checkbox instead. I was surprised because most websites are:
1. Username
2. Password
3. Login Button
With "Remember me?" either positioned immediately before or after the login button.
Password database programs like Password Safe also assume that tab order exists. Their documentation says "[the] default autotype sequence in Password Safe is \u\t\p\n" where "\u" is the username, "\t" is the Tab key, "\p" is the password, and "\n" is Enter.
Would it be practical to change the tab order to match the more common order?

Just check the "remember me" check box and you won't have to worry about it again. It's just a forum. Not someplace that you have big security concerns. Unless you used the same PW as you do for your banking and investments.
But I suppose if you are in the library using their computers, you wouldn't want some other bum using your member name! <grin>
