Miyata pro frame: really small
My buddy gave me this Miyata frame the other day, it says pro on the seatstays but there is no other model name. It seems to be late 70's or early 80's but i don't know anything about miyata. The frame is so tiny because it belonged to A woman from tennesee, 47cm is my best guess. Other than that it came with the bearing cups and shifters for Dura ace EX. The bad news is there is some crash damage to the front of the frame but it has not cracked yet, still rideable in my opinion. I would like to know the year, model, and value im lookin at. Thank you

I'm guessing the fork is toast?
With damage like that, it's worth peanuts.
It'll either be ridden as a beater, have a bunch of money sunk into it to fix it, or be taken as a project for a DIY'er who probably won't be looking to spend big bucks to begin with.

The frame set might be repairable by someone who knows what they are doing and special tools would be a great help. I have repaired a few frames with similar damage, this Peugeot PX10 being an example of one of them, but recommend that one does not attempt to do so without a sound understand of what is and is not the right way to go about it.

I would not touch a frame with front end damage, let alone climb on and ride it down a hill at 25 miles an hour.
