Grin for the day
Saw this picture while walking out to lunch today. This immediately caused the "huh, what???" reaction ...
Are these both forbidden because they are both addictive?
Wait ... do bicycles cause cancer?
So many questions.

What type of business is it? I bet that they don’t want people leaning bicycles on their precious fence.

I always wedge my Marlboro Box between the saddle cutout when I park at Cafes for an expresso.
Learned this from the pros.

The way I read it, it's not "no smoking OR bicycles," it's only a combination of both that is forbidden.

If you locked your bike to their fence, would they come out and cut the lock? If so, you could have them arrested for attempted bike theft. Punishment for that would be worse than for locking your bike to their fence.

If it's their private property they would have every right to cut your lock.

I think you are OK as long as you aren't doing both. My problem is I am smoking hot and I also ride bicycles so I cannot go there but I am sure some of you aren't quite Adonis' like I am

Fantastic comments. Thanks, all. My personal favorite would have to be BobbyG's post-race smoke picture and caption.
RE: the establishment.
It is actually outside a BBQ rib joint called "Bad to the Bone". Guess they are not actually so *bad* if they can not tolerate outdoor smoking ... or even bicycles ... or was it the combination. Maybe some synergistic effect occurs with these?

I thought maybe the place was named NO and that they featured smoking and bicycles. Feel free to run with that business plan, folks. I'm retired, from bike shops and from smoking.
