I'd be up for a set of those MTB bars. Trying a flat bar road bike.

Three vintage cycle computers: Cannondale, Paramount, one other (no guarantee any of them work, but pretty sure all are complete, some use oddball battery type)

I'll check to see if they're still around. May have dropped them off at the co-op...

This lovely item is free for the taking if anyone has a use for it. I even gave it a quick pass on the polisher for extra PIF points. You pay shipping which is $6.80 flat rate box via USPS.
Quill Stem Extender - The kind you put your original quill stem into to make it taller. NOT a threadless converter.
22.2mm for 1" steerer
20cm long; 10cm insertion; 10cm extension

Here's another PIF item someone might have a use for. An adjustable kickstand to make sure your favorite vintage ride doesn't fall over. Clamps onto the chainstays right behind the bottom bracket.
Item is FREE. You pay shipping which is $6.80 flat rate box via USPS.

Not bike related, sorry.
I have 4 vouchers for a free ice cream cone from Ben and Jerry's.
I was in Washington DC with the family when they had their annual free cone day.
We happened to walk by Ben and Jerry's while we were out for dinner.
They ran out of ice cream and gave us a voucher each.
I tried to use them at one of the shops near Chicago, no luck because they had never seen that type of voucher.
I'm sure they will be good at the shop we got them from (Alexandria, VA (Old Town)) or another shop in the DC area.
I believe they expire in June.
PM me your address and I will put them in the mail.

I have some 27" whitewall tires in good condition. Does anyone want them? I think they're 27x1-1/4.

I have two 700x35/40 thorn-proof tubes and two sets of cruiser pedals (1/2"). The brand is Pyramid. All are new in box. All I ask is that you pay the actual shipping cost. I think that I can fit them into a USPS flat rate priority mail box for approximately $14.00.
BTW, the tubes are so heavy that you almost don't need tires.
Edit: The pedals are taken.

Free but for the cost of shipping:
Mavic 631 (Starfish) orphan NDS crank arm in 172.5 with standard 9/16" pedal threads, all threads are good, BUT...
the square taper hole is obviously bunged up on the inboard side, BUT clean and sharp in the outboard side (see pix)
SO, I cannot guarantee that it will fit tight on your spindle BUT I did a test fit on a Campy steel spindle and FWIW it seemed to seat firmly...based on this "known-unknown" I will not sell it but give it away to somebody who wants to try it out.
PM me...

I've been meaning to post this for quite a while.
Out of good will, @nesteel gave me the last piece I needed to finish a project I'm really excited about getting done.
I'd been intending to pay that forward for a while now, outside of the typical. So here are three rolls of knockoff Benotto Celo tape. This is more like the color of "light orange" Benotto tape or maybe even "gold" than it is yellow. It's got a pretty similar stretchiness to Celo tape.
One pair of rolls per person please. I've got ALL GONE, SORRY pair left, and I'll update that number as they get gone. Only caveat: You have to tag me on a thread with pics of the tape installed.

This derailleur isn't winning any beauty contests, but it functioned fine on my brief test ride. Has a lot of grease and a little rust that could be cleaned up fairly easily, which would leave it only heavily scuffed up instead of heavily scuffed up, rusty, and dirty.

Free for cost of shipping: BIKE TOOLS! Well, actually these were originally packed with office furniture and were all being tossed by my current employer, so I grabbed a handful before the trash pick-up in order to not let perfectly good tools go to landfill.
What you see: picture of two pairs: one bagged pair as I will ship it to you, and one pair removed from bag for clarity.
What you get: one long-arm 6mm Allen wrench/key with bright plating (handy for stem bolts), one stamped steel 17mm open/box end wrench, bright plated, (handy for hub lock nuts) sealed in plastic bag.
What I get: You calculate postage (use USPS.com) from 94107 to your address for a 5oz. large envelope, add .35 for the padded envelope I had to buy; PayPal that total to: worthy2@sonic.net
I have 6 (six) bags of these to send, once gone I'll update this post to say "ALL GONE"...there may be some late-comers who'll be disappointed, I don't know how much demand there is for such stuff...
