Favorite gel flavors?
I haven't tried many flavors, but my personal favorite is the GU Chocolate Outrage. The nastiest I've had is Vanilla Clif Shot Gel. So, what are you favorites and least favorites?

I used to eat Gu Occasionally never liked the after taste, I just popped a Hammer Gel before I went for a run tonight just to ease my stomach...chocolate...amazing! Never going back to GU.

Chocolate. I really like the Chocolate Outrage as well. Got a bunch of it here.

It's funny that you say you like the Vanilla Orange. That horrible Vanilla Clif Shot Gel I had tasted like bad icing with a hint of orange. Ugh, it was so nasty

First choice is Espresso Gu. Second choice is Espresso Hammergel. I used to like Chocolate Powergel until they reformulated it a few years ago with more sodium. Gah. I don't have gels very often though. Oh yeah, I love Clif bars but I can't stand the shots or blocks.

I've looked for the Plain stuff before, but I can never seem to find it. Is there a reason you prefer the Shot Bloks to gels?

Enervitine. It's available in Cola, Lemon and Orange. They're all good. They have a thinner consistency than most gels and they are very effective.
