Please help ID this rescued vintage Colnago
My go to that has helped me in the past Cycling Obsession did not get me there this time. Frame was rattle canned black over surface rust and huge areas of bare steel and primer so I stripped it enough to find any problems, looking for bondo or other issues and found only surface rust.

looks like an early 1980s colnago super to me.

I agree. Think I saw a crimped chainstay. Maybe as early as 79.
