Fuji assigns the failures of a few to a population as a whole.

Well now, perhaps the silent majority might rethink their next bike purchase?

The failures of a few? This is a global widespread issue not a couple bad apples as people like to think.
Glad Fuji is finally doing the right thing, hope Trek and all the others making bikes for police will step up and do the right thing. Let's continue to disarm terrorists globally and build a world of peace and equality.

I see plenty of bicycle cops here in Southern California, especially in the summer when that's the best way to get through the crowds, especially down in the beach communities. The ones I've seen on TV news and YouTube videos have been put between the officers and angry crowds, not used as weapons.
I guess Ford is next for protests and consumer boycott since they sell so many police versions of their Explorers to Police Depts these days?

Hint for police/security departments: Buy low-end mountain bikes and put a rear bag with POLICE or SECURITY on it.

I wonder what the strategic objective is with Fuji and Trek with their anti-police message? Who are the executives that thought this was a wise decision to make for their long-term sales forecast? The country is split, so lets alienate the other half from future sales?
You cannot fix stupid.
You cannot fix stupid.
They used to figure it was free advertising to sell to the police, in hindsight they probably should've sold decal-free bikes to departments.
I bet they'll resume sales to departments at some point.

And hey, racists buy bikes too (WTF???). Capitalism at it's worst... actually, at it's "normal". A big part of your problem.

Funny, I was looking at it from a business objective not a political ideology. Glad there is no rush to judgment in your eyes.

I highly doubt that Trek, a mega-company, or Fuji are as concerned with Black Lives Matter (or Blue Lives Matter, or any other permutation) than with their bottom line. Yes, "taking a stand" is good marketing but probably pales in comparison to distancing their companies from negativity.

Thank you Fuji. No, this is not going to change the world. But it is a (yet another) notice that the world is watching what our police departments are doing. I hope more companies that sell equipment to the US police forces step up likewise.

It's thinking like this that is the root of the problem. Fortunately the greater majority of people are good and don't think this way. I applaud Fuji for taking a stance against police brutality.

Look up strawman argument in a dictionary so you understand your style of irrational thoughts. Insults but no substance. Tell me you have more than insults?

Corporations don't like their products showing up in videos that differ from their preferred image. Fuji is a bike company. Their image is sport, active life, health, outdoors. If they were a military or police equipment company, it would be different.
Public corporations aren't good or evil, moral or immoral, left or right. They exist to make money, are measured by how well they make money, judged by how well they make money, and depend upon making money to exist. They are amoral and indifferent to anything but profit. Everything they do is a means to that end.
It's business, and probably good business. It
would be a mistake for anyone to take this as anything else, no matter their political leanings.
You may well decide to spend your money with companies that have policies aligning with your political, religious, or other beliefs, but make no mistake: those policies reflect their ideas of how to best make money, period.
