1 road bike, 1 gravel bike.

2 road wheel sets (fits both bikes )
1 gravel wheel set fits only the gravel bike. I guess I would be out of luck if I wanted to hit dirt and one these wheels/tires was fup.

I used to have a spare wheel set for my commuter. When I upgraded to a different frame it got turned into alternative commuter bike.

Ha, I have spares for my spares! Seriously, my problem is that each bike have requires a different wheel. I have a classic 6sp bike with three spare sets (one Campy tubular that I inherited but never use, and one set with tubes that came from a bike I upgraded to 11sp); an 11sp bike with rim brakes and 2 spare sets (one tubular); and an 11sp disc bike with 2 spares (riding on 32mm with a 28mm spare, plus a tubular set that came with the bike, never used 'em). Oh, and the classic set of 1988 Ambrosio rims with Chorus hubs that are just ever-so-slighty too big for putting any tire on - I snapped a Pedros tire lever trying to put a set of Conti 4 Seasons on them. I only keep 'em because they were original to my bike. Otherwise I'd play frisbee with them they frustrate me so much!

I just seem to accumulate wheels. And my wife lets me know it. Hey, doesn't the n+1 rule apply to wheelsets as well?
