Soid Full Fenders for 2.5 inch tire.
I have a Yuba Mundo Classico and I'm going to be purchasing a set of Hookworms in 2.5" (63.5 mm) size but I can't seem to find fenders that are wide enough for full tire coverage. Any ideas?

If you can squeeze 27.5" fenders in (and are willing to pay that much):

The SKS 75 U will clear a knobby 2.6" if the frame has room for the very odd flat/square profile: https://www.sks-germany.com/en/products/bluemels-75-u/
They are possibly the worst designed fenders ever, but nothing else will clear a tire that big. Be aware they make two versions, one has a very short rear fender.

These are pretty good:
https://velo-orange.com/collections/...m-fenders-700c
They are made for 700c wheels, but it is easy to change the curve to fit a smaller wheel. Basically, if you make the fender a little wider, the radius is reduced. I did this to fit them over 26 x 2.3 Rat Trap Pass tires. Whether the fender will then fit a 2.5" Hookworm, I can only guess; but if your frame has room for fenders, I'm pretty sure you can make them work.
