Centurion Super LeMans
Here I go again, I mean really another bike? In the dead of a Minnesota winter?
Yep I cannot resist my addiction to Craig's List and essentially bought this for the parts.
From what I can tell this one is a 1979 Centurian Super LeMans serial NON5770 made in Japan,
Needing the wheel set for my other winter project I didn't think the $75 asking price was too bad.

I should be congratulating you on such a great price on an excellent bike.
But it's morning still, and
I'm unkind until several cups of coffee, and
I've chosen to live in the hyperinflated bike capital of the US, and
Dayum that's a nice bike!

Based on the serial number, it was actually manufactured in 1980 and late enough in the calendar year that it could be a 1981 model.

Great score! I found mine at a Goodwill for $50 and wound up turning it into a single speed. Very comfy geometry and you get Suntour barcons!!

Yeah I was up until midnight removing all the components! This bike came apart like it had never seen rain - salt or snow. Not one issue of something too tight that it needed WD-40 or whatever that Blaster stuff is called. LOL

Suntour barcons > $40
Suntour rear mech > $20
27" wheelset (with good rubber) > $80
Right pedal needs a dustcap.
