Nothing special at all, I know my HR was higher and when I was cycling this summer could easily get it up in the 180-190 range with a couple good hills. I think the fact I'm stationary doesn't let the sweat evaporate and therefore it goes under the watch strap on my Garmin causing issues.

I might make my goal this month. My consecutive ride streak for the year is 333 days. I was hoping to ride every day this year, but it looks like I'm going to have to travel out of the country in a couple of weeks.

I'm not going to make my November goal, since I won't be riding 29 miles tomorrow. Annual goal of 1,500 miles at risk, too, with cold weather coming.

November FINAL: 121.0 miles

2022 total to date: 1319.5 miles
2022 Goal: 1,500 miles ( was 2,500 miles once upon a time... )

All my miles are outdoor miles.

So much for making my goal for November. Not riding tonight. I'll probably shoot for 200 miles in December given the deteriorating weather and how busy December can be. Last year I managed 190 miles.

Well, a week and a half (and counting) bout with a nasty flu ended my November and derailed December so far.

Better luck next month!
