Any info on this Le Tour? (Bad pic from a sale listing)
I don't know much about Le Tours, I had the idea that they were 27-inch era bikes but this one looks 700c to me? I'm contemplating checking it out but I wanted to make a little post here because the seller doesn't have any info or better pics (and it's 40 miles away)... I'm just looking for a cheap project for winter so it being a little rough doesn't bother me

I believe that's a 1995 model. Pretty sure that the fork has been replaced, that's usually a sign of crash damage.

You might be right about the year and the fork brian3069 . The catalog shows a unicrown fork but does not indicate that it is chrome. That doesn't mean that it was crashed, but it is a potential indicator.
