If the clamp diameter is 26mm (ish...), yes, if definitely would work! (it pains me, absolutely pains me, that I must concede to age/arthritis and swap out a beautiful Ambrosio stem for a tall Technomic!).

ISO 22.0 French stem similar to this Atax aero style. 110 mm would be ideal. 25.4 clamp size.

I think all of them are made by tektro and rebranded with the exception of the Paul's. If you have a photo or two, feel free to send me a pm. Older Salsa might have been pre-tektro. I'm not particularly fussy on this project. Any interrupter levers will do.
