Harris Cyclery closed

I just read on Patrick O'Grady's Mad Dog Media blog that Bicycle Retailer tweeted that Harris Cyclery has closed.
It is not clear what will happen to Sheldon's website.

Sheldon's widow, Harriet Fell, spoke on The Outspoken Cyclist podcast 6/26/2021. She (and John Allen) say the site will continue, independent from Harris Cyclery.

So sorry to see the end of this great community resource. I relied on the folks at Harris for years not just as a place to buy bicycles and gear and parts, or to have my bike serviced, but as a center of bike knowledge. Now who will help me keep my frankenstein 80's Bianchi frame going?

I am picking up the pieces and trying to do it myself, of course, but looking for advice here...

Ball bearing

I find it strange that ball bearings are not mentioned at all unless mistaken, for the 3-4 speed.
I had to find it out via google and old manuals
