I just reread the TRS. For today, "Track bike, flat course, SPIN" That's what I'll be doing. If you blow by me, you blow by me!

I got the flashing lights of doom from the kitchen upstairs and had to cut it short for dinner. I did send an in game text announcing this.

I'll work on getting this set up more formally. In the meantime, think about how you would like to structure these rides. It was definitely not a pace ride. Set w/kg targets. You can change them on the fly to mix things up just let us all know.

I particularly liked the "oops" someone posted during the ride after the 1.86 jigawatt off the front bit. All good

I'm going to jump on with sarals at 6:30PST for what I hope will be a recovery spin, then something later as well. Shovelhd, let me know what time of day you might be interested in, i'm free until 4:00MST. My legs are toast from yesterday's race, so it's possible i might be very slow, but maybe a light spin will fix me up, who knows.

Snowed 2" overnight, so definitely riding the trainer today.

Nice ride with valygrl today. I paced her up the mountain just above her threshold and she grabbed a KOM. It was good practice for me, as it's not easy pacing others on Zwift.
