Simplex Touriste Installation
I do not have a mounting hole above my dropout slot to fit this as apparently intended.
Can I use an ordinary rosa stop on the 303 Simplex

Although I can see why you would think that the mounting bolt is affixed over the top of the dropout, it is not.
What you have to do is tip the derailleur so that that bolt is positioned behind the axle, where a rosa stop
normally goes.
