XTR m952 Microshift Compatibility

I am trying to figure out what microshift bar end lever would work with a Shimano XTR M925 RD - Do I want the Advent 9 Speed or would a set of BS-T09 work?
I'm aiming to run a 3x9 setup so the BS-T09 appeals.

Also, I cannot find the diameter of the darn things anywhere! I want to stick them on a 23.8 bar end, but microshift's website is not exactly detail-filled.

Thanks for any info people can share.

9 speed Shimano should be compatible as far as rear shifting, road or mountain.
Since your left shifter is friction, it'll work with about anything.

You don't want the Advent stuff, it's Microshift specific proprietary nonsense. Those bar-end shifters should work, normal 9spd Shimano pull. The clamping bits are standard too, should fit any bar that accepts bar-end shifters.

I'd like to add that the thumbshifter and bar end shifter are the same, only the clamp differs (flat bar or bar end). Another possibility is to run the road 10 speed shifter (and cassette + chain) for 10sp. There are a few more options in gearing range at 10sp.
