I have a pair of Louis Garneau Course Air Lite cycling shoes. They are very nice and lightweight for sure. They run well over $250 retail I believe. I have had them past 3.5 years and the other day the t-bolt the is in the shoe that you screw the bolt on to hold you cleat broke. It was making the shoe completely worthless and finally I googled some solutions and manage to repair it to work using another nut. Well I email customer service at Louis Garneau and they took my address and sent me a new set of t bolts to set in the shoe. I got them today and pull up the sole and manage to get the old one out and this new one it. Wow the shoes completely as good as new and the new t bolt is all metal and seems better. I got to say the LG is going to keep me as a customer. Much better than the fix I had made although it worked just more of a pain. This is top notch. Not all is bad with replacements in COVID.
