^Those look like very capable touring bikes, nice modifications! 👍👍
I'd like to do the opposite conversion on my OCR 3 road bike.
Now that I am old, I've found an upright position more comfortable and am considering converting the cockpit to flat bars.

I'm not seeing any huge bikes in this thread. They all look normal sized to me.

can't post any pictures yet but i am riding a giant contend ar 4 and so far i am loving it. nothing fancy just a basic entry level bike but a pleasure to ride.

You don't realise that 950c is the standard wheel size for Giant.
