Wahoo Kickr Core Now Available

I was just on Wahoo Fitness's website. It appears the Kickr Core is now available, and can be ordered on their website.

Anyone going to be ordering one? I have been waiting for this to be released. I will likely order one soon, although, a part of me thinks it might be a good idea to wait a month or two and see if there are any bugs in the first production units that need to be sorted out.

This will be my first indoor trainer. I live in Michigan, so I'm starting to think about training during the winter. I'm going to stay outside as long as I can tolerate, but, I will be forced inside for 3 or 4 months at some point.

I ordered one yesterday from CleverTraining. It is already backordered to early October, but I'm hoping to not need to go indoors until then at the earliest anyway, and I still have my dumb trainer setup too. We've had a stretch of wet weather over the last week and I did one indoor ride, but I shouldn't complain. I wouldn't want to be in the Carolinas now.

I've seen posts about a 10% discount from Clever Training. Did you get that on the Core? If so, how?

My understanding is that Wahoo doesn't allow the discounts, but Clever Training gives you points worth 10% of the purchase price to apply to your next purchase with a VIP membership. That's the deal I took. I'm easily going to spend that much anyway on stuff through the year.
