85 Bianchi Limited Tire Fit/28c?

Getting ready to order tires for a disassembled 85 Bianchi Limited (Italian-made). The original tires are 700 x 25c. Does anyone know offhand if a 28c tire fit? I'm looking at Michelin Dynamic Classics or Panaracer Paselas.

Thanks in advance!

I can't speak to this bike for sure, but I bet they'll fit. It's rare that older frames can't take one tire size larger than what they came with. 25 to 28 isn't much of a difference and you can probably tell by looking at the clearance with the 25's mounted.

Did a quick google search and a lot of the examples I see look to have 28's. This one definitely does if it is indeed a Limited: https://oldtenspeedgallery.com/owner-...ic-js-bianchi/

The bike has been in storage for 30+ years. The tires crumbled in my hands and wouldn't hold air, so unable to check before disassembly.

Thank you for the reply.

The link's not working for me. I'll keep searching.

Thanks.

I've got 28mm Vittorias on a 1986. I'll bet they didn't change that much from 1985.
