Frozen Aluminium Stem

I have the bottom of a frozen Aluminium stem stuck in a steel steerer tube on a bike I really need the forks from.
I don't mind what happens to the stem, as it is only the vertical part on there anyway.

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks

Also the wedge is still stuck inside too.

I have also used the search function and google to no avail.

What can I use to freeze the stem inside as I have no CO2

Just managed to remove it now

I cut the top of the stem off, leaving about half an inch showing
took the headset out
got the wedge out of the bottom after removing brake and wheel
Prpoane torch while it was in a vice, turned it some until there was a gap
Put WD-40 into the gap, turned it some more and it came completely free, no damage to steerer tube
