Maggie is still growing. They both visit while I am trying to work. Shelby moved in this pic. He will be 3 years old this month. Fully grown and lost some weight. Maggie still has 2-3 more years to grow. Thought I would update since Feb.
She also twists and sleeps.
And we have given up trying to keep her off the Piano.

Goldie and her four little nuggets are our latest fosters. A sister-in-law found them abandoned at the very busy gate of a shopping mall here in Jeddah and called us. "Bring them over right now!" my wife and I said..

Oh yeah, poor thing is practically emaciated, given her nursing duties and all.. We make sure she's got plenty of mother and first age food and water. We even gave her her own room (she's basically taken over my own man-cave) so she could feel safe with the little ones.

This one gets his nails clipped tonight, he likes to catch bugs on the porch screens.

We're also fostering mother and son Lilly and Teddy:
Their owner said we could put Teddy (right) up for adoption if we wanted, and we've already found a forever home for him; she wants to keep Lilly, but the cat is here to mate with our Cricket for now.

Love this headline that showed up on my Google feed today:

this reminds me of a cute episode in the Family Circus cartoon strip
Mom is working in the kitchen
little girl comes running in all alarmed
"Mommy, Mommy I can't find kitty anywhere! Have you seen her?"
Mom takes one step over to the counter and switches on the electric can opener
out of nowhere kitty comes rocketing in like a flash

Yup! Max and l have chillin’ down to a science and practice it whenever possible!
Max will come and get me just to chill on the bed…
He especially likes the night time chillin’…he’ll just lay there quietly till I start turning off the reading lights…then it’s one more brush down and one little
scoop of food and it’s light out for me and he’s on night patrol!

Zoey, age 20 as of today (roughly). Caught as a feral on 10/14/02, approx..8 weeks old according to the vet. Been with us ever since. A sweetheart and the undisputed Queen of the house, takes no gruff from her 2, year old male house mates. Never expected her to last this long, longer than her 3 siblings, and many years longer than any cat I've lived with. Hope it's a few more.

She does hang out under a rebounder, as one of her safe zones.
she has been in and out of the washer. She’d flung a toy in there when little.
After a hard day’s napping.
Another favorite spot.
Scratching at a nail pop while a ladder-back pecked at the trim outside.
She hooked the stuffed mouse with a claw and flipped it out then went full in to turn around and jump out.
