New battery "spent" 3-4 hours at the car >>
Hi,
Sorry for the wierd question
Hope you can give me A "tranquilizer".
Yesterday evening I went to A shop buying A battery to my electric bicycle.
I forgot it at car but atleast under the seat, but it
was there for about 4 hours while temp outside
was 30c/90f
The battery could be damage in tern of time I will able to use and charging cycles?
Thanks

Most "new" batteries take rides across the ocean in big stuffy storage containers which get hotter inside than your car. The internal cells are sitting near half-charge, good for transport/storage. Your shop probably didn't charge it wither, because they also want to keep the cells in the best state for sitting on the shelf.
So no need to worry, and even if it was 100% charged, one or two times won't hurt.
