I, WonderMonkey, Do Hereby Pledge ...
I'm on a decent path for my nutrition. So I would say that is "in progress". Since I have my knees currently cleaned out, kids are off in their lives, and on and on, I have time to ride the bike in addition to the other training I do.
Below are my all-time best numbers, and what I'm shooting for in 2021
All-Time
Most Miles (Day): October 5th, 2013 - 103.62 mi
Most Miles (Month): August 2014 - 528.06 mi
Most Miles (Year): 2014 - 1617.38 mi
2021 Goal
Most Miles (Day): More than 103.62 mi
Most Miles (Month): More than 528.06 mi
Most Miles (Year): 2000 mi, stretch goal of 2500 mi
I'm going to be doing short training rides to support a non-biking event I have coming up. I'm not going to focus on distance for distances sake, BUT I do know that I ALSO have a 100 miler coming up in the Fall, so after my event, I WILL be doing longer and longer rides.
