....can't find anything on line. I was out there but did not stop at the race site...too busy dealing with flooding at the lake house nearby.
Props to my boys recursive and frunkin for rockin' it in the rain in other races yesterday....just saw the post. And of course, JDub was there with cameras in hand!

Indeed we did.
Start was delayed a few min. for thunderstorms, but the race went off in heavy rains, and what I suspect was hail for a short amount of time. Whatever it was, it hurt. Quite the epic day.
Men's race was won by Mark Brone who got off in a 5 ish-man brake that stayed away most of the race. Alice Hittle won the women's race with a strong ride.

Aslo trying out Twitter feeds this year (like WCA) to get preliminary race winners (men's and women's overall) and series info out within hours of the end of the race.

What's been up hip? Haven't seen you around lately. Rain is definitely the theme of the season. I'm going to my 4th consecutive rainy race. And 6th consecutive cold race for the season. (that's all of them)

Wow.
Thanks for the report Pchop...I checked out your blog as well.
As my wife just said when I told her that indeed, you raced, "That's just crazy."
Hats off to you.
Now it's back to bailing out my lake house....stressing the word lake at this point.
