Hello from Los Angeles
Hello all,
I知 45, 3 kids, live in sunny Torrance at a cycling distance from the ocean. Not an avid cyclist (yet), I do love my tour on the strand by the ocean. Regularly take the kids with me for some family time.
Most importantly, I知 the assigned family mechanic and love to learn from the community on how to keep our rides in good shape.
looking forward to reading from you all!

howdy! depending on what part of torrance, some good family-friendly places to ride are obviously the marvin braude bike path from redondo north to santa monica but you knew that.
a few other nearby ones are the palos verdes peninsula from bluff cove to christmas cove and back and the long beach bike path from dtown long beach se to the naples area and back.
seal beach/sunset beach/huntington beach is also awesome but a little drive.
