Everyone in A&S wants to know if you took the lane or did you ride too far to the right?

No pics of the cookies?
Were these packaged cookies or gourmet cookies the size of pancakes?
Details man, details...

Did you push your bike along with you while in the cookie line and stop to eat said cookie in front of the cookie table as well with your bike.

This is sarcasm for those who may not be aware or for those clueless folks who actually do this on organized rides.

From what I've read on bf, many posters thinkI did at least one (probably several things) wrong this morning. But somehow, I managed to have a good time.
Well likely you could have signed up for the ride sooner and got a lower registration fee! <grin>

But since it's a charity ride, maybe they'll make good use of anything over whatever their costs come to. We have a charity ride for children's cancer coming up in a couple weeks. The numbers signed up are low and donations low. Might have to shell out a few more bucks to help them make their goal.

Is it true that a sooner registration determines a lower fee??

True of most rides. Sometimes it's extreme. Registration three months in advance for my local century was $40, going up to $70 in the last week IIRC.

I like to wait up to the last week, 27 hours prior, to catch that last minute ticket price slash deal. #Kapitalismz

This one stands out like a sore thumb to me because if you do that outside of the context of a group ride, I think that's an objectively crappy thing to do to someone else. Everything else falls under the category of "it's funny anyone cares what I'm doing".

You didn’t say how many locks you brought to secure your bike from theft or being completely stripped when you were in the port-o-potty. Fail.

Also did you didn’t state if you had a front flashing light which attracted beater vans to you like flys to honey or if you had a rear light and was it on strobe which caused riders behind you to have epileptic seizures and you are now in the process of being sued.

(Best thread, my posts excepted, in a long time.)

Unless you stopped at some point to smoke weed on the side of a road, it is not a real ride.

Or simply not pay to ride on roads open to the public anyway.

Did you record the ride on Strava? If not, this whole thread has been a mistake because it never happened!!!

Did you ride shirtless?

Without pictures, your ride didn’t happen.

Are you claiming this in your taxes & boasting on social media about how great of a deed you did?

The mistake you made was arriving at the finish line and not raising your arms in victory , screaming; "IN YOUR FACE, LOSERS!!!"

Did you draft the whole time, while refusing to take pull?

While riding an e bike?

On aerobars?

Wearing headphones?

Then sprint at the city limits sign?

I think we should have an organized BF group ride where everyone has to dress up as a troll.
