This works well enough for me, and works with both qr and thru-axle dropouts. Costs less than 1/3rd as much money.

If you are only looking to lift the chain to where an axle would be a piece of 3/8" All Thread rod w/ nuts will do the same. An old hub, cut from a wheel, with an old cog is another possibility. Andy

As Mr. Stewart said. Add a piece of 3/4” PVC and you can run the chain and use the RD. This a great way to clean and lube the chain.

My solution exactly but since i have through axles it is even easier. No all-thread or nuts required.
