Cannondale Carbon SI Crank BB30 Axle bolt size?

2006 Cannondale Synapse Carbon 3 with a bb30 carbon si crank set.
The crank bolts (2) are ruined and the threads in the axle need cleaning out. What size tap? 1.0mm pitch x diameter? My thread gauge matches up to 1 mm pitch. I like to know the specs for sure.

Axle i.d. measures 17.1mm, the bolts o.d. measure about 17.8mm (yeah, they are way too tight)

And a source for bolts?

The crank had the self extractor rings with aluminum bolts that threaded into an aluminum axle. No sign that anti-seize compound was used.

aluminum bolt threads flattened. Fit is extremely tight in axle.

Threads in axle look okay

Threads in axle look okay

left side (on the right) bolt sheared off shoulder.
